Do you publish a trade price list?
No. Trade pricing depends on the quantity and the mix of materials, so we quote against what you actually need rather than publishing one list that suits nobody.
What quantities count as wholesale?
There is no fixed threshold. Tell us the run in metres and the materials, and we will come back with a price and a lead time.
Who buys from you on trade terms?
Landscapers and garden designers, groundskeeping and grounds maintenance contractors, garden centres and hardware retailers, and online resellers.
Can I mix materials in one order?
Yes. A single order can combine the plastic kit, the stainless, black steel and corten ranges, and the tools and accessories that go with them.
Do you cut the edging to length for trade orders?
No. Nothing is cut to a customer's measurement. The metal ranges ship as interlocking sections of roughly a metre and the plastic is sold by the metre, so you order the number of metres the job needs.
How long does a bulk order take to arrive?
Standard orders are handled and packed in 24 to 48 hours and delivered in 5 to 7 days. Larger quantities may need longer, and the quote will say so.
Can you deliver to a site rather than an office?
Yes. Give us the delivery address when you ask for the quote and we will price it.
Do you ship outside Canada?
No. This store ships to Canadian addresses only. GardenEdge has sister stores in other countries, so tell us where you are and we will point you at the right one.
How do I pay on a trade order?
Quotes are settled by card or by bank transfer. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote.
What if a bulk delivery arrives damaged?
Tell us within a reasonable time and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund, and we cover the return postage. Your rights under your province's consumer protection law are unaffected.
I haven't received my order yet! is it lost?

How do i know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Do you have a shop location?
We are an online supplier, with no physical shop or premises.
Do i get a receipt for my order?
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
What are your delivery options and how long will it take?
Shipping anywhere in Canada is CAD 25, and it is free once your order reaches CAD 100. It takes five to seven days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time while the order is picked and packed.
What currency are the prices displayed in?
All of our prices are displayed in $CAD - Canadian Dollars
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept card payments and PayPal through our secure checkout.
How much is delivery?
Shipping anywhere in Canada is CAD 25, and it is free once your order reaches CAD 100. There is one shipping service rather than a choice of speeds.

Do you ship across the whole of Canada?
Yes, to any Canadian address, at the same flat rate and in the same 5 to 7 days once the order has been handled. We ship to Canadian addresses only.
Is there a minimum order?
No. The per metre and per section ranges are sold by the unit, so you can order one metre or one section if that is all you need.
Can I change my mind after it arrives?
Yes, under our own policy. Canada has no general cooling-off period for an online purchase, so this is our policy rather than a legal right: you have 15 days from delivery, the goods come back unused and in resaleable condition at your cost, and the refund covers the goods but not the original shipping charge. Nothing is deducted for handling. Email us with your order number first.
What if the item is faulty or not what was described?
That is a separate right under your province's consumer protection and sale of goods law, and it does not depend on the 15 days. You can ask for a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we pay the return postage.
Who pays return postage if I simply change my mind?
You do, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Can I cancel before it ships?
Yes, free of charge. Email us with your order number within 12 hours: orders are handled within 24 to 48 hours, and once one has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
How do I track my order?
You get a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order ships. Items in one order can travel in separate parcels.
What payment methods do you take?
Card payment and PayPal, both through a secure checkout. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach this site.
What currency are prices in?
Canadian dollars, and that is what your card is charged.
