Where we ship

We ship right across Canada, including Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Quebec City, Hamilton, Halifax, Kitchener, London (Ontario), Victoria, Saskatoon and Regina. Shipping takes 5 to 7 days wherever you are in the country, once your order has been handled.

We ship to Canadian addresses only.

What shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Below that, a flat $25 applies. The charge is shown in your basket before you pay, so nothing is added at the last step.

We do not offer an express or next-day option. Every order goes by the same tracked service.

How long it takes

Orders are handled and packed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 days within Canada. Allow about a week from placing your order to it arriving.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. Once you have it, you can follow the parcel on our order tracking page.

Separate parcels

For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. Edging sections, spikes and tools often travel separately. If part of an order has arrived and you are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.
